Returns Policy
Exchanges or refunds will be honored for manufacturing defects. If you need to return or exchange an item due to a manufacturing defect, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return as well as details about the defect.
We will respond quickly with instructions for how to proceed.
If the returned product is accepted from the manufacturer, shipping the product back to CTEC or directly to the manufacturer will be the responsibility of the buyer.
When a shipment is returned as unclaimed, a new shipping charge will be incurred if the order is re-shipped. If the order is cancelled at this point, the freight charges will not be refunded.
With accepted returns, a refund will be issued within 2–4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes transit time, processing time, and bank processing time.

When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and the shipping options selected.
We always ship from the warehouse closest to you with available stock, helping reduce shipping times whenever possible.
Shipping times are estimates only, and stock may occasionally need to be transferred between warehouses before shipping begins.
